By using PL-24AX equipment with 15000-L abrasive, precise control of parameters such as rotational speed (20 RPM), spray gun pressure (0.15 MPa), and lifting speed (2 mm/s) is achieved for fine machining.
After processing, the droplets on the surface of the milling cutter coating are completely eliminated, the surface is flat and smooth, and the reflection consistency is significantly improved. This process effectively improves coating quality, enhances tool stability, and improves machining surface smoothness
